We read every message.

Marrow is built by a small team. The fastest way to get help is one of the channels below — pick whichever is most comfortable.

Report a bug or request a feature

Open an issue on GitHub. This is the best way to track problems and lets other users follow along:

Helpful details to include: your platform (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android), the app version (visible in the footer of the website and in the app's about screen), and steps to reproduce.

If you'd rather not use GitHub, or your message is private (account, billing, account deletion):

Delete your Marrow account and data

Email privacy@marrowbible.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete my Marrow account.” If you cannot email from that address, explain that in your message so we can verify ownership another way.

After verification, we aim to complete the request within 30 days. Account deletion removes your Marrow account and the synced notes, sign-in records, AI usage records, and subscription mappings associated with it. It does not erase data stored locally on your devices or cancel a subscription through Google Play, Apple, or Stripe. Some providers or legally required records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Common questions

The first launch is downloading something — what is it?

The full Bible text and pre-computed embeddings are about 670 MB. We download it once so the rest of your reading is instant and offline-capable. After that, no network is required to read.

Why does the explain feature need the internet?

Explanations are generated by an AI model running in the cloud. You can use OpenAI with your own API key or Marrow AI, our hosted option. Both currently use OpenAI's API. Reading the Bible itself never requires an internet connection.

Can I use Marrow without an account?

Yes. Reading, search, and on-device features all work without signing in. An account is only needed for note sync across devices and for the Marrow AI provider.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the platform you bought through — App Store, Google Play, or Stripe via RevenueCat. Open your platform's subscription settings to cancel; we don't have the ability to cancel on your behalf.

Security

If you've found a security issue, please don't open a public issue. Email us at security@marrowbible.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
